Although it looks like it is very close by on the map, American Village is surprisingly large, and it takes 5 minutes by car.
From Naha Airport, it takes about 33 minutes by car. Access is easy as you can come by driving north on Route 58.
By bus, take Ryukyu Bus No. 120 or Yomitan Line Route No. 28 or 29, and get off at the “Chatan” bus stop, which is very convenient because the hotel is right in front of the bus stop.
The hotel is located in the so-called Hanby area, across from the American Village, which, like the Miyagi area, has a very international flavor.
At Alaha Beach, a 7-minute walk away, you can enjoy marine sports such as banana boats, glass boats, parasailing, and kayaking. (In 2014, from Friday, April 12)

Room types include the deluxe twin shown in the photo, a compact twin on a higher floor, and a standard twin.
The interior design is mainly wood, brown, and beige with a natural feel, but the design of each room is said to be different, so you will have to wait and see what kind of room you will get.
The photo shows a deluxe twin, but the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 6 people, and the 2nd to 5th floors can accommodate up to 5 people.
I like that it is spacious and has a large balcony, giving it a resort-like feel! The balcony of the compact twin is the largest and has a daybed, etc., giving it the best resort feel.
In addition to a 50-inch Smart TV, there is a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, bath amenities, etc., all in one place, but please note that there are no room clothes.
A beautiful room with 27 square meters for a standard twin will be a good value for less than 10,000 yen for two people without meals when it is cheap and on a cheap site.

The area around “Terrace Resort MIHAMA” is called “Humvee District,” where international flea markets are held regularly.
There are not as many restaurants as in the American Village, but there are several healthy açai bowl stores such as “Hale Noa Cafe” and “Happy Bowls Okinawa” that serve Hawaiian cuisine.
Next to the hotel, there is also a very inexpensive diner, “Saikyou Shokudo Hanbee”.
There is a supermarket “Sanei Hanby Town” just an 8-minute walk away, and if you stop by American Village, there is an “AEON Chatan” just a 17-minute walk away, so you can enjoy restaurants as well as souvenir get-togethers.
While the hotel is still new, opened in 2019, it is nice to stay at a reasonable price. Please stay at “Terrace Resort MIHAMA” which is easily accessible from American Village and Aloha Beach.
