Approximately 20 minutes by car from Naha Airport. This condominium-type hotel opened in December 2021 and is located in Tsuboya, Naha City. The rooms are designer-designed and stylish and are equipped with everything necessary for daily life, such as a drum-type washer/dryer and a kitchen. The surrounding area is home to many restaurants and eateries, so you will have no trouble finding a place to eat.
Point 1: Lots of restaurants nearby! What is the location of “Alpha Bed Inn Naha Kokusai-dori EAST”?
Alpha Bed Inn Naha Kokusai-dori EAST” is a condominium-type hotel located in Tsuboya, Naha City.
From Naha Airport, it takes about 20 minutes via Uzumira Tunnel, Prefectural Routes 42 and 222 in the direction of Kainan.
By bus, take the Tokyo Bus (TK01 or 02) to Naha Commercial High School Mae, then take Naha Bus No. 2 from Naha Commercial High School Mae, a 2-minute walk from there, and get off at Kainan. It is a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
In terms of location, it is very close to “Ufu Shisa” in Tsuboya. The area is also close to Heiwa-dori Shopping Street and Tsuboya Yachimun-gai and is crowded with gourmet restaurants and eateries.
Although it looks like an ordinary condominium from the outside, it has a total of 26 small rooms, and check-in and check-out are self-service using a tablet, so it is not so crowded.
There is no parking available, so you will have to use coin-operated parking lots such as “Apple Park Teruya” which costs about 800 yen for 24 hours.
This hotel seems to be affiliated with a famous construction company called Anabuki. If it was designed by a famous architectural firm, you can stay here with peace of mind!
The company is developing hotels and condominiums all over Japan, and especially in Okinawa, they seem to be developing various hotels, so we would like to introduce them to you from time to time as they become available.

There is also a terrace on the rooftop, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Naha cityscape!
With such spacious rooms and facilities, one would expect the price to be very high for a designer room, but even though it has been open for quite some time, the official website is offering a half-price campaign for family rooms, and one room can be had for about 11,000 yen.
What’s more, breakfast at a partner restaurant is included! There is no other choice but to stay here.
Point 3: A guide to restaurants around “Alpha Bed Inn Naha Kokusai-dori EAST”!
In the vicinity of “Alpha Bed Inn Naha Kokusai-dori East”, there are many delicious restaurants in the Tsuboya area. Here are a few of our recommendations.
First, “Okinawa Pork Soba” is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It has an open atmosphere with counter-seats outside, which is unusual. In particular, the Okinawan Soba with Soki is superb! We also recommend changing the flavor with handmade green chili peppers.
Naha’s kitchen, “Noren Plaza,” which has been loved by Okinawans for 60 years, is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
Ajito-ya” on the first floor, where you can enjoy a spicy curry with chicken thighs, is highly recommended! They bring in 12 kinds of spices, including rare spices from the islands, so you can change the flavor. The curry-flavored soft serve is also delicious!
In addition, be sure to try Okinawan-style tempura at Naka Fresh Fish Restaurant on the first floor of the same Nouren Plaza. The fish tempura is especially good! There is also a selection of kakiage (deep-fried bitter gourd and vegetables), which are as inexpensive as 70 yen per piece! This restaurant also offers set menus, such as unadon (bowl of rice topped with eel and rice) and yaki fish set menus!
We also recommend “Liquid the Store” across the street from Noren Plaza, where you can enjoy sausages and wine from TESIO, and “Boulangerie Prêt-à-Porter” which serves delicious hard bread!
