Imai Pan” is a famous store that has won many awards

Imai Pan, run by Mr. and Mrs. Imai, has a second store on Kojima, following the main store on Maji.

No matter what time of day you visit, you will always find many loaves of bread lined up in rows and filled with a delicious aroma.

The store offers not only bread but also cakes and souvenir sweets.

The Imai couple’s love for bread and cakes is so deep that they develop products with various innovations, making it an excellent store that has received many awards.

Point 1: There are always plenty of bread lined up any time of the day!

Imai Pan is a bread store. There is a wide variety of bread, including hard bread, side dish bread, sweet bread, and everything in between.

From opening to closing, there is always a large selection of bread on the shelves for you to choose from. Bread made with seasonal ingredients and bread with a limited menu based on seasonal events such as the Chinese zodiac and Children’s Day is also available, so you will encounter something new every time you visit.

The most popular are probably salt bread and anbutter. Curry buns and croissants are also popular.

Point 2: Cakes are available.

In the back of the store is a showcase with cakes.

We have cut cakes, and we also have whole cakes that will please you on your birthday.

Mr. and Mrs. Imai spent their training years in Europe, and European bakeries offer bread and cake side by side, so we offer bread and cake in Okinawa as well.

Reservations are recommended for whole cakes. They can be personalized with chocolate messages and candles.

Point 3: Baked goods for souvenirs are also available.

The main store is located near Shikinaen Garden, which was used by the Ryukyu Dynasty to entertain royalty and their envoys. Since there were no souvenirs associated with Shikinaen, “Imai Pan” started to make baked sweets for souvenirs associated with Shikinaen and Shuri Castle.

They have also won various awards.

In addition to the taste, the cute package illustrations make these sweets a delight to both send and receive. Since they are not sold in general souvenir stores, we recommend that you buy them at the Maji Honten or Furujima Shop.
