The batter, a mixture of octopus, green onions, and secret broth, is sandwiched between yakisoba noodles, fried eggs, and cabbage. Hiroshima okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, Tenkasu with shrimp, bonito flakes, green laver, and red ginger are also added.

In terms of ingredients, it is almost the same as takoyaki, so it can be called a large-sized takoyaki!

The price is said to have been gradually raised, but still, the current price is a whopping 180 yen!

The store was originally created with the concept of “giving children something easy and tasty to eat,” so the “Usagi-yaki” is the perfect product for them.

In addition to octopus, there is also ham and plain, so even adults can easily eat it when they are hungry.
