Pacifico Crab Shack is a seafood and Tex-Mex (Americanized Mexican cuisine) restaurant located in Chatan-cho, central Okinawa Island.
It looks like it could be on the West Coast of the United States. Because of its location near Camp Foster, most of the customers are American soldiers.
It takes about 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport via Route 58. There is no parking lot, but there is an open space in front of the restaurant.
By bus, take Okinawa Bus No. 143 or Ryukyu Bus No. 120 and get off at the “Chatan” stop. It is a 6-minute walk to the restaurant.
Instagram says the restaurant will open on July 20, 2024, but it seems to have been in business before then, so it is assumed that the management has changed.
It used to be open mainly for Tex-Mex food, but now it seems to be more of a seafood restaurant.
Point 2: Introduction of recommended dishes for “Pacifico Club Shack”!
Pacifico Crab Shack” used to be a pretty authentic Tex-Mex restaurant, but now the Tex-Mex scale has shrunk.

Nowadays, seafood is the main dish and weights are indicated in units of 1 LB (pound) on the menu, which is very confusing for the Japanese.
Prices are also a little higher than Japanese market prices, such as king crab (2LB = about 900g) for 18,000 yen, shrimp boil (1LB = about 450g), soft-shell crab (2 pieces) for 2,300 yen, fried oysters (8 pieces) for 2,300 yen, and coleslaw (600 yen).
There is also a platter that includes 4L size snow crab, fries, coleslaw, garlic butter, and bread for a great price.
Many foreigners used to come to Tex Mex for the crab, but even after the management changed, there is no end to the number of foreigners who come to this restaurant for the fresh crabs flown in daily from Hokkaido.

Drinks at Pacifico Club Shack are inexpensive and reasonably priced.
Soft drinks start at 300 yen.
