It takes about 16 minutes from Naha Airport via Umisora Tunnel, Wakasa Naka-dori Street, and Kokusai-dori Street!
If you are not driving, you can get off at Yui Rail Makishi Station and walk 6 minutes to the hotel.
Parking is available, but please note that reservations cannot be made only the first 2 spaces are available, and the rest are coin-operated parking.
Point 2: “Condominio Maxi” rooms!
The 28 rooms in “Condominio Maxi” are of three types: twin, double, and smoking barrier-free twin.
Twin rooms are 27 square meters in size, while the others are larger at 24 square meters.
All are studio-type with a stylish concrete finish! It has the atmosphere of a studio apartment for the able-bodied man.
The furniture and furnishings are not overly stylish, but have a moderately retro feel to them, giving them the right amount of “lived-in” feel.
Every room has a balcony where you can enjoy the view of Naha’s cityscape.
There is also a counter-type workspace, so you can bring your own computer and get some work done!
All rooms have no partitions and are barrier-free, but the smoking barrier-free rooms are especially spacious with a wide passageway and a sense of openness.
Prices vary slightly depending on the reservation site, but are around 15,000 yen per room, so the cost performance is excellent! Many people seem to stay here for a long time.
No meals are provided, but there are restaurants and shopping streets a short walk away, so you will have no trouble finding a place to eat.

We especially appreciate that there are washing and drying machines.
Slippers and hairbrushes are available, but there is no mention of loungewear or condiments, so we recommend bringing your own.
You can also rent a massager for 150 yen per day, dishes, and a rice cooker set for 1000 yen for the duration of your stay.
