About a minute’s drive from Naha Airport. This Chinese restaurant is located on a hill in Urasoe City, central Okinawa Island, with a great view. The menu has a wide range of dishes from dim sum and steamed seafood to curry and fresh soft-serve ice cream. The lunch style is unique in that you can add a buffet to your main course!

Point 1: What is the location of “Restaurant Lily (Li Li)” in Urasoe, Shurihori?

Restaurant Lily (李理) opened in September 2023. It is a stylish and reasonably priced Chinese family restaurant supported mainly by locals.

It is located in Urasoe City, but it is near Shuri, which is difficult to reach without a car.

Located on a hill in Urasoe, the Western-style building looks as if you are visiting a house in mid-level Hong Kong, and it has a fresh, modern feel that is not unlike a Chinese restaurant.

The interior of the house is very spacious, with seating on both the first and second floors. It is hard to find a restaurant with such a large space.

It is nice that there is a spacious free parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about coin-operated parking!

By bus, take Ryukyu Bus #190, which also passes Kokusai-dori, and get off at “TUSUKUSHI” and walk 10 minutes, or take Ryukyu Bus #125 and get off at “TAIRA” and walk 20 minutes.

Surprisingly, you can get there without changing buses!

Point 2: “Restaurant Lily” offers the best dim sum lunch course! Menu!

Restaurant Lily offers a dim sum course at lunchtime.

Lunch is served from 11:00 to 15:00 (L.O. 14:30) and includes a buffet-style main course, two kinds of dim sum, steamed vegetables + sauce, a dessert set (330 yen each), and a drink bar (350 yen) that includes coffee, soft drinks, and homemade cordial syrup. The drink bar includes coffee, soft drinks, homemade cordial syrup, etc. (350 yen each).

In addition, you can enjoy a chicken-based pot-au-feu and homemade soy sauce to change the flavor.

Of course, you can also order just the main course or just the buffet!

If you have both the main course and the buffet, you can enjoy what is called a “half buffet.

The main dishes include pork noodle soup, roast rice, hot and spicy curry, and steamed chicken pho (780~920 yen).

Drinks are an additional +350 yen, but in addition to soft drinks and coffee, homemade cordial syrup and seasonal craft syrups, which cost about 600 yen per cup when ordered separately, are also included and can be freely mixed with carbonated soda or water.

In addition, the Vietnamese dessert “chee” is a fun way to serve your ingredients!

The main dish, buffet, and drink bar are quite large! Even men must be full, don’t you think?

Point 3: What is the grand menu at Lily Restaurant?

Restaurant Lily has a “Grand Menu” that runs throughout the restaurant’s business hours, including lunchtime and into the evening. The menu consists of dim sum, steamed/fried baskets, a la carte dishes, stir-fry, rice, noodles, hot pot, two-color hot pot, and sweet dishes (desserts).

Some examples are lemongrass steamed shrimp and clams, Singapore chicken chimaki, steamed dumplings with shark’s fin and shrimp, Okinawan-style fried taro with black sesame duca, hand-made large siu mai and Cantonese siu mai, and Vietnamese-style Zenzai (sweet bean soup) che.

You can almost enjoy authentic Cantonese cuisine like you would in Hong Kong if you come to this restaurant.

The dim sum is also available in the shape of animals, which is sure to please children.

There are also three courses with 2.5 hours of all-you-can-drink in the evening (4,500~6,500 yen) to meet the needs of local people for banquets and mock parties.

You can imagine that the prices are quite expensive, but since the concept of the restaurant is a next-generation Chinese family restaurant, it is not that expensive.

As you can see from the high price of 6,500 yen for a 2.5-hour all-you-can-drink course, even the most expensive dish on the grand menu, “Shrimp Mayo Mango Passion Fruit,” is 1,280 yen. Most a la carte dishes are reasonably priced at less than 1,000 yen.

Restaurant Lily, a Chinese restaurant located near Shuri in Urasoe City, offers an enjoyable lunchtime dim sum buffet at a great price.

The spacious house is surprisingly spacious, and the dim sum buffet is very filling and enjoyable for the price, so please visit the restaurant.
