THE BANTA TERRACE” is a condominium-type hotel located in Uruma City.
It is located in Katsuren, Uruma City, and it takes only 3 minutes by car to Katsuren Castle Ruins.
It is an area in Uruma City where you can feel like a resort because it is just before the underwater road.
THE BANTA TERRACE” is built here. The first floor is the owner’s home, and the second floor and the rooftop are for guests.
Please note that there is no elevator, only stairs.
Please be assured that this is a private space completely separated from the owner’s home.
It takes about 1 hour from Naha Airport via the Okinawa Expressway.
By bus, take Ryukyu Bus No. 120 or other buses to the Kencho North Exit first, then take Okinawa Bus No. 27, which is a 1-minute walk from the bus stop, and get off at “Anmudo” and walk for 17 minutes.
Located in the middle of Katsure Peninsula, you can experience the view of the emerald green sea even before you arrive at the hotel and realize that you are in Okinawa.

THE BANTA TERRACE” is a condominium-type hotel that can accommodate up to 8 people per day.
The first floor is the owner’s home, and the second floor and rooftop are the guests’ spaces. The interior is of a high grade, and “just staying there” is a waste. We want people who are particular about their stay to stay and take their time to enjoy the space.
The floor plan consists of a living room and two bedrooms, each with two double beds.
Sitting on the sofa in the living room is a breathtaking view of the ocean! Although the ocean is not that close in distance, you can see it right there because of the elevated location.
The kitchen, equipped with an induction stove and a built-in stove, looks like it could be used for some serious cooking, and it has a counter facing the living room.
It’s fun to cook together.
There is also a tankless toilet, and one bath with a bathtub and shower only, but there are two of each on the second floor.
The price is 48,000 yen for up to 4 people, with an additional 8,000 yen for each additional person from 5 people.
Isn’t 12,000 yen per person for four people to stay in such a luxurious space a reasonable price?
Also, there is no mention of room clothes, so please bring your own.
Point 3: Facilities at THE BANTA TERRACE
The kitchen at THE BANTA TERRACE is a must-see.
There is a Nespresso machine and a wide selection of capsules.
There is also a “Balmuda” microwave and toaster, making it fun to bring in your ingredients for cooking.
Of course, tableware and cutlery are also available.
However, there is no mention of “seasonings,” so please bring your own in advance.
In addition, there is a sink on the rooftop and BBQ equipment.
The rooftop has a 340-degree panoramic view of the ocean, so you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Food is not provided, but that is the fun part of arranging the food by the guests themselves.
It would be nice to watch the sunset from a hammock by the side of the house until the meat is cooked.
Of course, the house is equipped with all the appliances necessary for daily life, including a washer/dryer and a projector in the living room.
You can use the room in various ways, such as viewing photos taken at night together or checking out the sightseeing spots you will visit tomorrow on YouTube videos.
