BAYWICH, which opened in Nagahama, Yomitan Village in central Okinawa’s main island, is Okinawa’s first restaurant specializing in sandwiches made with pizza dough.
It was established in December 2024 as a sister store of the popular pizza restaurant “MARUMIYA CRAFTER” in Ginowan City, and features sandwiches made with handmade pizza dough that is aged and fermented for 24 hours.
The store is located by the sea, with large glass windows overlooking the beautiful blue sea and sky. If you sit at the counter, you can enjoy your meal while enjoying the spectacular view spread out before you, and you will feel as if you are one with the sea.
The interior of the restaurant has a simple white-based design, and the warmth of the wood interior creates a comfortable space.
It takes about 58 minutes from Naha Airport via Route 58.
By bus, first take the Tokyo Bus (TK01) or other buses to “Kokusai-dori Iriguchi” and then take Ryukyu Bus No. 28 from “Kencho North Exit,” a 2-minute walk from there. It is a 12-minute walk from the last stop, “Yomitan Bus Terminal.
