About 15 minutes drive from Naha Airport. It is a 4-star hotel located in Omoromachi, Naha City. Some of you may recognize the name “Terrace,” but it is managed by Terrace Hotels, which operates hotels such as Busena Terrace, Uza Terrace, and Atta Terrace in Okinawa.

The hotel is sophisticated and perfect, so you may feel like you are at a resort even in Naha City!

Point 1: The elegant rooms at The Naha Terrace are lovely!

The Naha Terrace was formerly the Regent Hotel. The Naha Terrace became the Naha Terrace in August 1999, so it has already been more than 20 years since it became the Naha Terrace.

But the effort to keep the building from looking old is impressive!

The Naha Terrace has two main types of guest rooms, Standard and Club, and there are two types and four types, with the Club rooms having a larger number of settings.

The 35-square-meter rooms have slightly wider windows than the standard rooms, but the size, interior, and amenities are the same as the standard rooms.

However, if you stay on the Club Floor, you can use the Club Lounge.

The Club Lounge offers exclusive check-in and check-out, breakfast, afternoon tea with Ryukyu sweets, and cocktail hour with pintxos and other snacks and cocktails.

So 35,000 yen for two people including breakfast at the cheapest time of the year, a 10,000 yen difference from the standard, seems a bit low-cost.

However, if you are looking for a tropical, gorgeous, sophisticated interior, and a thoughtful hotel with a club lounge in a convenient location in Naha City, this may be the place for you.

Point 2: The Naha Terrace restaurant is amazing!

There are numerous restaurants at The Naha Terrace.

First, “Fanuan,” which is also a breakfast venue, has a lovely colonial-style interior with tropical rattan chairs. The restaurant originally served continental courses.

On fine days, breakfast can be served on this restaurant’s terrace.

Shinan-kaze, which also has a sushi counter with six seats, is a Japanese and Okinawan cuisine restaurant. Japanese food from this restaurant can also be served as a Japanese set meal for breakfast.

Also located on the second floor of the Annex is the teppanyaki restaurant “Ryutan,” where you can enjoy courses starting at 13,200 yen minimum, including the pricey but rare Miyako Island Daifuku beef.

The hearty teppanyaki course is sure to be a memorable part of your trip.

And at La Cima, a tapas and charcoal grill restaurant, you can enjoy Spanish cuisine with oysters and other seafood. The restaurant has a Spanish charcoal grill that grills ingredients in a short time, making them juicy and different.

It is also unique in that it has an Okinawan arrangement using island tofu and brown sugar.

This restaurant also has a great atmosphere, so if you never thought you would eat Spanish food in Okinawa, why not give it a try?

There is also a tea room named “Living Room” where afternoon tea is served, and a “Library Bar” where you can drink island beer and awamori, making it a great place to enjoy adult hotel life.

Point 3: The shuttle bus connecting The Naha Terrace Terrace Hotels is amazing!

The Naha Terrace has sister hotels in Okinawa Prefecture, including Busena Terrace, Uza Terrace, and Atta Terrace.

All of these hotels are located in the central part of the main island of Okinawa, so it takes a lot of time and money to get there from Naha. However, there is a free shuttle bus service from The Naha Terrace to these hotels in the central Okinawa mainland, although it is restricted to guests of these hotels.

All of the hotels are as nice as The Naha Terrace, so if you are planning to use the affiliated hotels on the next day, this is a very reasonable service.
