MB Gallery Chatan by The Terrace Hotels” is a hotel that will open in 2021 in the Fisherina district of Chatan Town.
This hotel is the product of two of Okinawa’s most historic hotels: Moon Beach Hotel, Okinawa’s first resort hotel established in 1975, and The Busena Terrace, home to the Bankoku Shinryokan, where the leaders of many countries gathered during the Kyushu-Okinawa Summit.

On the first floor of MB Gallery Chatan by The Terrace Hotels, there is a café where you can stop by. This café is like an open yet relaxing living room.
I ordered a ciabatta BLT sandwich here, which came with soup, salad, and coffee or tea. The volume was very satisfying! It was a great place to relax, chat, read, and relax over a cup of tea.
Be sure to check out the gift store “Mancher” attached to the restaurant. As the Okinawan word “manchuria” means “mix and match,” you can enjoy not only Okinawan culture but also cultures from around the world.
