About 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport. Hotel Collective” is a large hotel that opened in January 2020, located in the middle of Kokusai-dori through the Umisora Tunnel. This time I stayed on the club floor of this hotel in the middle of Kokusai-Dori!

Point 1: “Hotel Collective” is a Taiwanese hotel!

Hotel Collective” stands right in the middle of Kokusai-dori Avenue, near the “Matsuo” bus stop. This hotel is a “Taiwanese” hotel. (According to the cab driver, it was built by a Taiwanese sergeant.)

As is typical of Taiwanese hotels, there was dim sum at the buffet in the club lounge. It was very tasty and plump.

The amenities in the bathrooms are also very rare, such as ADVITM, a luxury Taiwanese brand that has not yet arrived in Japan. It was a natural brand with no sense of chemicals.

Furthermore, it is no wonder that there is an authentic Chinese restaurant called “Kyo Garden” (居易園) on the third floor of the hotel. Although we did not experience it this time, it is reasonably priced, offering “Yum Cha Manpuku Zen Seat” on Saturdays and Sundays (3,900 yen per adult), recommended lunch (9 dishes, 2,500 yen), hot and sour noodles (1,400 yen), and braised Tebichi with Taiwanese sauce (1,500 yen), among other dishes.

I would like to try them on my next visit!

Point 2: “Hotel Collective” has a cool interior!

I decided to stay at “Hotel Collective” because I thought the interior design was cool! I thought. I later learned that it is a foreign hotel of Taiwanese origin.

I knew it had a slightly different sense of style from domestic hotels!

First of all, the heart-shaped object at the entrance caught my attention.

This is the work of German artist Lagemann Rainer. Perhaps because it is so Instagram-worthy, people were constantly taking pictures in front of it!

And when you enter the lobby, the sense of style is again a bit different from that of domestic hotels.

And the rooms on the club floor had a chic, relaxed, adult atmosphere.

Large 30-guest room on the top floor overlooking the city of Naha.

The impressive Ryukyu glass room light was also a nice touch.

Amenities include TWG tea, which is of a high grade. There is also a coffee maker.

Bathrooms are also equipped with rainforest showers.

The bathrooms have a view of the spacious beds (120 x 203 cm).

This layout is not often seen in hotels in Japan.

Point 3: What are the club floor privileges that “Hotel Collective” is interested in?

The top 13th floor of Hotel Collective houses the Premium Twin that we stayed in this time, and the club lounge “Altitude” is located on the same floor.

This club lounge is available not only for Premium Twin, but also for Presidential Suite and Junior Suite, but some Junior Suites are not necessarily located on the top floor, so it can be a hassle to get to the club lounge.

In this respect, I found the “Premium Twin” on the same floor as the Club Lounge to be convenient.

The Club Lounge has tea time (10:00~17:00/19:00~21:00) and cocktail time (17:00~19:00), and if you have a Premium Twin or higher with lounge access, you can freely enter and enjoy snacks and drinks.

Due to our late arrival, we visited the restaurant twice, once at the last minute of tea time and once around cocktail time.

Of course, the buffet snacks were also very good, with dim sum, sweets, and all-you-can-drink drinks.

This time, because it was during the “National Travel Support” period, I was able to stay at the hotel for the unbeatable price of 15,800 yen for two people plus 6,000 yen for two coupons, even though the room was on the club floor.

I had already made a reservation in the summer, but since “existing reservations” are also eligible, I went through the procedures on the Fat Travel website where I made the reservation.

The Collective is originally cheap for a club floor, but thanks to the national travel support, it has become a great bargain.
