About 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport. Chatan Harbor Brewery & Restaurant is located along the ocean in Chatan Town. It is a restaurant with a craft beer brewery and a West Coast atmosphere among American restaurants, as well as a store and a catamaran boat cruise. What in the world is it like?

Since the ban on locally brewed beer was lifted about 20 years ago, restaurants with their breweries have appeared, but Chatan Harbor Brewery & Restaurant in Chatan, Okinawa, is not only a restaurant that makes locally brewed beer, but also a spot where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the terrace almost all year round, and has many fans. It is not just a restaurant that makes local beer.
The classic interior design, which is not often seen in restaurants in Japan, may be popular among foreigners, and many of the guests are foreigners as well.
The sight of many foreign guests sitting on the terrace watching the sunset is like being in a foreign country! For a moment, you forget that you are in Okinawa.
Point 2: What’s on the menu at “Chatan Harbor Brewery & Restaurant”?
What kind of food is served at Chattan Harbor Brewery & Restaurant? The main dishes here are seafood dishes based on Italian cuisine, and steaks in the Okinawan style.
Prices range from 1,400 yen for appetizers, 2,600 yen for fish, 2,500 yen for meat, 1,500 yen for pasta, etc., and around 800 yen for dessert, which may be a bit expensive considering the cost of living in Okinawa.
However, it is not an expensive price when you think of the generous portions as if they were the size of foreign countries, the use of beer in the cooking, the different taste, and the fact that you can enjoy the most exquisite sunset almost all year round.
The Italian snacks made with Okinawan ingredients, such as Mozuku seaweed and rate, are also unique!
You can also compare typical beers made at the brewery for 1,350 yen, and I highly recommend it!

Chattan Harbor Brewery & Restaurant also offers a sunset cruise experience.
The cruiser is not so large that you can eat inside, but you can enjoy drinks inside for a fee.
Also, the cruise fare is reduced from 3,800 yen to 2,800 yen per adult for those who dine at the restaurant.
Reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. the day before the cruise, and the cruise departs 20 minutes before sunset on the day of departure. The cruise takes 40 minutes.
The sunset from the terrace is wonderful, but the sunset from the top of the cruiser is more dynamic and will surely be a memory of a lifetime.
