Point 1: What is the signature menu item at Morning Bowls?

As you may have guessed from the name, Morning Bowls sells poke bowls and acai bowls, which are popular in Hawaii and other parts of the world.

The restaurant also offers vegan options that do not contain meat or fish, so there are many fans among expatriates living in Hawaii.

Specific menu items include fruit bowls with acai, kale, and mango, and poke bowls with ahi, salmon, tofu, and other ingredients for 1,100 yen for regular size and 1,800 yen for large.

Other items are fruit salads,

Each is labeled “Vegan” (vegan) or “Fish” (fish), which is easy to understand!

Each menu item is made with fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish, and is generous in volume!

In addition to bowls, healthy smoothies (800 yen) are also available.

All menus are written in English, but the staff is friendly and helpful, so you can order without hesitation.

Point 2: How to order “Morning Bowls”?

The menu at Morning Bowls is divided into two main categories: fruit and poke bowls.

For the fruit bowls, customers first select a bowl of acai, mango, or kale, and then choose toppings such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries.

You then choose a superfood choice of cacao nibs (cacao germ) or goji berries (wolfberry), granola, additional chia seeds (up to one bowl free), honey, or agape syrup.

Also, for the poke bowl, you choose between a bowl of fish (tuna, salmon, shrimp, etc.) or a vegan tofu bowl, and you choose white rice or germ rice, or a salad instead of rice.

You also choose toppings such as edamame, avocado, and sea grapes (for a fee of 50-200 yen) and a sauce such as Hawaiian spicy or garlic soy sauce. (Half and half sauce: +100 yen).

You can complete your original bowl by choosing each item on the menu in turn.

Perhaps because there are many foreign guests, all the menu items are written in English, but there is no need to worry as the staff will be happy to help you!
