About 39 minutes by car from Naha Airport. This café is located in Nanjo City in the southern part of Okinawa’s main island and is a favorite of the locals. The Sanpicha Brûlée is a superb dish, but the omelet rice, curry, hamburgers, and other hearty meals are also popular at this stylish café with a superb view. What is it like?

Point 1: The sampincha brûlée at OOLOO is a must!

The menu at OOLOO, located on Tsukishiro Café Street, where cafes with spectacular views line the street, is truly varied.

Locals also recommend the “San-Pin-Cha Crème Brulee” on the dessert plate.

The harmony of the refreshing sampincha tea and the rich cream makes for an irresistible dessert!

This is served as part of a set lunch menu, and the set dessert is a whopping 198 yen!

If you choose the lunch buffet, you can have a salad, soup, and drink buffet for 385 yen, so for just over 500 yen you get a salad, soup, drink, and dessert.

The price for a single menu item is not so cheap, but as a set menu, it is very cost-effective!

Point 2: Gutsy dishes such as omelet rice at “OOLOO” are also popular!

The menu at OOLOO is mainly light fare, but it also offers a variety of dishes such as rice omelet (1,298 yen) with homemade demi-glace sauce made from slow-cooked beef ribs and chicken eggs from Miyagi Farm in Nanjo City, Agu pork cutlet (1,628 yen) served with homemade miso sauce from Kumejima, fried prawns with large prawns (1,408 yen), and a prefectural Wagyu beef cutlet (2,728 yen). The menu also includes a variety of hearty dishes such as fried pork cutlet (1,628 yen), fried prawns (1,408 yen), and beef cutlet (2,728 yen) made from wagyu beef produced in the prefecture.

Other dishes include today’s pasta (1,408 yen), which can be eaten casually, and hot egg taco rice (1,298 yen) made with rich EM chicken eggs.

These EM eggs are safe and nutritious with high vitamin E content by mixing EM (a group of useful microorganisms) into the feed without using antibiotics. The yolk is also rich and tasty as pudding!

If you find these “EM eggs” in Okinawa, I recommend you to try them without hesitation!

Point 3: “OOLOO” also has an excellent view that almost reaches the sky!

OOLOO” is located on a small hill in Nanjo City. Nanjo City is somewhat of a relaxing place with Saiba Utaki, Niraikanai Bridge Observatory, etc. It is also famous as a place where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.

And it is famous for its magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.

OOLOO” has a wonderful surf image that reminds one of Hawaii rather than Asia, but more than that, the view from the large glass windows is spectacular.

Beyond the green streets of Nanjo City, the blue gradation of the ocean of Nakagusuku Bay spreads out.

It is tempting to eat on the terrace, but be warned that many people get tired of the unaccustomed Okinawan heat! The right thing to do here is to hold back and relax and enjoy the view from a cool place.
