About 70 minutes by car from Naha Airport. This restaurant in Nago serves soups, tapas, and spiced cartilage soki pasta. Chilblain Soki has finally entered the world of pasta! Come here if you want to taste the new sensation of Ryukyu and pasta crossover! Handmade pottery and glassware are also available.

Point 1: What is “ENTRO’s” Spiced Cartilage Soki Pasta?

Pasta restaurant located on the first floor of an old building in Nago. The stylish white exterior of the restaurant is a great gap between the old building and the stylish interior!

Once inside, the stylish interior will make you feel excited.

ENTRO’s signature dish is “Spiced Cartilage Soki Pasta,” and I am sure that many people have big “hatena” questions lined up on their heads, wondering what it tastes like.

What exactly is “Spiced Cartilage Soki Pasta”?

Look at it and be amazed! I had imagined it to be a soup-like pasta, but “Spiced Cartilage Soki Pasta” is a Bolognese-like pasta using cartilage sausage instead of minced meat.

The photo shows the new menu item, Spiced Cartilage Soki Pasta with Black Beer Stew. The use of black beer gives the dish a much richer and deeper flavor.

This pasta is served during lunch hours.

Point 2: Lunch at “ENTRO” is also stylish!

ENTRO” also offers lunch (1,650 yen, including soup and tapas).

The three different lunches are not one-plate meals, but rather a main course, bread, and soup, each colorfully arranged on a unique Yachimun plate.

I was surprised at how nice they are, and was told that the owner’s wife is a glass artist! This is understandable. If you look closely, you can see a corner of the restaurant decorated with beautiful glassware.

The menu is also stylish, with dishes such as “terrine of young chicken,” “thinly sliced pork shoulder cooked at low temperature,” and “sauteed silver cod!

There are also three types of soups, including today’s soups such as “Nakijin Enoki Mushroom and Mustard Greens Soup,” “Prefectural Vegetable Soup,” “Asari and Bacon Soup,” and “Onion Soup,” all made with locally grown or prefectural ingredients.

The three types of soups can be refilled at any time!

We are also happy to offer a drink set for +200 yen and a drink and dessert set for +300 yen.

It’s a great way to get excited about having lunch in such a stylish space!

Many local young ladies come here with their babies, and we are happy to offer a kids’ menu as well.

During dinner time at ENTRO, there is a “Food Omakase 4,500 yen Plan”. The price used to be 3,500 yen, which was a great deal, but the price has been raised by 1,000 yen to make it worth the price.

This is an amazing plan that includes 5 food items (appetizer, pizza, pasta, main dish, and dessert) in omakase and all-you-can-drink for 2.5 hours for 4,500 yen. For those who do not drink alcohol, the price is 4,000 yen, which is also very conscientious!

It’s not every day you get a plan that includes all-you-can-drink on top of 5 dishes in a stylish bowl and plenty of volume from appetizers to desserts. After all, it is still a good deal!

In the Nago area, there was a need for a sophisticated space like this restaurant that caters not only to local wives but also to immigrants. Is it just me, or do you hope that this restaurant, which perfectly meets this need, will not become too famous because it will be too crowded?
