Only 13 minutes drive from Naha Airport. The hotel is located in Tsuboya, Naha City. There are two types of rooms, a hostel type and a hotel type, so you can choose according to your travel style! The area is quiet and close to Kokusai-dori and Tsuboya Yachimun-gai.
Point 1: What is the location where “CABIN&HOTEL CONSTANT NAHA” is located?
CABIN&HOTEL CONSTANT NAHA,” which will open on March 30, 2022, is a 3-minute walk to Kokusai-Dori, the main street of Naha. It is also a 4-minute walk to Yachimun Street in Tsuboya, a very convenient and quiet place.
Located in a corner of the Heiwa-Dori shopping street, the area is crowded with bars and restaurants at night but is quiet from morning to noon.
It does not feel like a tourist spot, as the tourists who come and go to Kokusai-Dori do not come this far.
There are few pedestrians, but surprisingly there seem to be many cats on the street.
Many unique restaurants are serving Okinawan cuisine, tacos, Italian food, and other international cuisines in the area, so you may even feel as if you have wandered into an Asian corner of the city.
Point 2: What are the rooms like at “CABIN&HOTEL CONSTANT NAHA”?
CABIN&HOTEL CONSTANT NAHA has hotel and cabin type rooms.
Hotel type rooms can accommodate 2 to 6 people, and cabin type rooms can accommodate 1 to 2 people.
Hotel type rooms range in size from 12 to 25 square meters. From the most compact bunk bed type, there are Hollywood Twin Terrace Room, Comfort Twin Room, and Family Terrace Room with three bunk beds.
Some of the budget rooms have a terrace with a daybed!
There is a desk where you can work on your PC, a 50-inch VOD-type TV, a refrigerator, and a unit bath in the Hollywood Twin Terrace and Comfort rooms, and a shower in the Family and Bunk bed type rooms.
Amenities are also available, but in the form of free pickup at the front desk.
Cabin type rooms are 5.1 square meters each, with a shared floor for men and women, and a women-only floor.
They have bunk beds, a desk for PC work, a 40-inch VOD-type TV, and a refrigerator.
Toilets, a large public bath, and a sauna are shared. The women-only floor has a private shower booth.
There are also lockers with locks for storing luggage and other items of concern.
Perhaps it is because the hotel is still new, or perhaps because it has all the necessary facilities, but it does not have the gloomy atmosphere common to budget-type hotels of the Showa period, and seems to be more comfortable than a normal hotel. I wonder if even budget-type hotels can change like this in 2025.
And the most attractive thing about this hotel is that it is inexpensive!
Rates vary slightly depending on the time of year, but you can stay in a women-only cabin for about 2,300 yen per person.
Even a comfort twin room costs around 10,000 yen for two people, so considering the room, facilities, and location, it is inexpensive!
Point 3: The facilities inside “CABIN&HOTEL CONSTANT NAHA” are amazing!
As we mentioned, the budget hotel “CABIN&HOTEL CONSTANT NAHA” has a VOD-type large-screen TV, but to our surprise, it also has a large bath and sauna.
There is also a washer/dryer on the 6th floor (coin-operated laundry), and a common space (lounge) on the 1st floor that looks like a fashionable café in town. 300 yen a day for unlimited coffee machines, so you can plan your trip!
In other words, the hotel is packed with everything you need for a modern trip, but without the extras, so it’s inexpensive! This means that it is inexpensive because it is packed with just what you need for a modern trip, with no extras!
The priority of spending money is different for each person. People who “only sleep in hotels,” as well as those who want to experience a modern budget hotel, girls’ trip, graduation trip, or work vacation, should also stay here.
