About 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from Naha Airport. This condominium is built on the seaside of Nago, perfect for enjoying Nago blue from the view bath of the 88㎡ ocean view condominium with 4 different concepts! Convenience stores and supermarkets are comfortably located nearby!

Point 1: What is the location of “Condominium NOOSA”?

The photo shows a Type N room.

NOOSA means “hideout” in Aboriginal language.

The location of “Condominium NOOSA” is along the East China coast of Nago, 10 minutes by car from Michi no Eki Xuda, 10 minutes from Nago Pineapple Park, and 30 minutes from Churaumi Aquarium, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in the northern part of Okinawa’s main island. The location is also convenient as a base for sightseeing in the northern part of the main island of Okinawa.

There is also a Thirty-One, A&W, and a FamilyMart within a 2-minute walk, and a ramen store and supermarket a short walk away, making it convenient for casual dining and food procurement.

Especially when you consider that you will be drinking at night, it is important to be able to return home within a few minutes’ walk, right?

It may be a little too busy to be called a NOOSA (hideout), but a modern hideout should be convenient rather than too secluded!

Point 2: What are the rooms like at “Condominium NOOSA”?

The photo shows a type A room. There is also a Balmuda Rain humidifier.

Condominium NOOSA” has four types of rooms named N, O, S, and A. The first floor is a parking lot, so the rooms are on the second and third floors.

They are all 88 square meters in size and have almost the same view, but they have different concepts, so it is up to the person staying to decide which room is best for him or her.

First of all, Type N is a high-end room with a higher grade of decor and interior design, which is understandable to those who know what they are talking about. The room has a glass table by Sori Yanagi, one of Japan’s leading industrial designers, and a leather sofa that looks like it costs 100,000 yen, which is clearly a different grade from the rest. A Panasonic top-of-the-line drum-type washing machine is also provided.

Type O is based on the concept of casual luxury, a room with a luxurious yet natural interior where you can stay as if you were living in the house.

RoomS has a monotone interior with a slightly hard look. The marble table and white leather sofa give it a modern feel.

And RoomA is a living room and dining room with the warmth of wood. It is a natural country type room with a modern yet nostalgic feel.

Rooms N and O are on the third floor and have a great view, so they are about 5,000 yen more expensive. The standard price is about 42,000 yen per room for the most expensive N type, but the price varies depending on the reservation site, and tends to become more expensive in the high season.

The official website seems to have the least price fluctuation when making reservations.

Point 3: What are the facilities at “Condominium NOOSA”?

All of the rooms are suite type, and the “Condominium NOOSA” is a high-grade condominium, but what kind of facilities does it have?

The rooms are all 88 square meters in size, and the two bedrooms have a king-size bed and two single beds.

The bathrooms all have view baths with ocean views. They also have rain showers. The bathtubs are round and round.

In addition, there is a 55-inch TV, and the kitchen is equipped with a full range of kitchen appliances and supplies, including a three-burner stove, microwave, and other high-grade appliances.

Even in a condominium, it would be a letdown to have inexpensive appliances, but this condominium is no different! You can enjoy an extraordinary and luxurious stay!
