Outstanding review rating! Recommended Resort Hotel in Onna Village, Okinawa
Kahoo Resort Huchaku Condo Hotel is a resort hotel located in Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture. It is located about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Naha Airport by airport limousine bus or 50 minutes by rental car, about halfway around the main island of Okinawa.
This resort hotel opened in March 2010, and all rooms have ocean views. With Tomijima Beach right in front of the hotel and the hotel located right in the middle of the main island of Okinawa, it is a popular hotel for those who want to do a full range of sightseeing in the southern and northern parts of the island.
The hotel is divided into three types of buildings: a hotel building, a condominium building, and an annex building, allowing you to choose the room that best suits your needs and the number of people in your party.
Point 1: Spacious rooms with an average size of 77 square meters! You can choose the one that best suits your purpose.
The Hotel and Annex wings are basically for those who want to use the hotel like a typical hotel with a full range of guest rooms. The Hotel wing features a full range of facilities, including a dining restaurant, stores, spa, and pool. The Annex wing was newly built in April 2016, and although it has fewer facilities than the hotel wing, it features an infinity pool and the Ryukyu BBQ Blue yakiniku restaurant. Since the Annex building is newer, it has a much higher rating on major review sites. (Basically, any facilities other than guest rooms can be used even if they are in the other building.)
The condominium building, on the other hand, is for those who intend to stay for a longer period of time and is characterized by its self-catering facilities.
The spacious rooms, which average 77 square meters in size, are fully equipped with amenities as well as self-catering facilities such as microwave ovens, washing machines with dryers, induction stoves, dishes and pots, etc., allowing you to freely use them in various ways depending on your purpose.
Point 2: Relax by the pool and infinity pool on the second floor of the hotel building!
On the second floor of the hotel, there is a swimming pool with a shallow children’s pool (80 cm deep) and a Jacuzzi nearby. There are beds and benches by the pool where you can lie down, and parents and children often play here.
On the other hand, on the top floor of the Annex building, there is an infinity pool with a spectacular view, where you can relax and enjoy the blue sky and sea of Okinawa and, depending on the time of day, the beautiful sunset.
Here, too, there are benches by the pool. In addition to benches, there is also a space with tables and chairs where you can take a break.
Point 3: Beach and beautiful garden walk right in front of you.
The beach is right across the road in front of the hotel. On the way to the beach, there is a garden walk where you can enjoy walking among subtropical plants, including Okinawan plants. If you want to go out to the ocean, we recommend that you go through this walk to get more of a tropical atmosphere.
The walk is well maintained as a walking path, so it is safe for visitors with children. It is also lit up at night, so a night walk is also recommended.
