You would think it would have a complex taste with various flavors mixed together, but to my surprise, it is a rich milk flavor!
This was a surprise! Some people think it just looks good on Instagram, but the taste is just ordinary, right? Some people may think it’s just for Instagram, but the rich and addictive milk flavor is what you’re looking for.
Speaking of Okinawa, Blue Seal ice cream is a staple, and many people are sure to eat it because it tastes consistently delicious, but this “Fontana Gelato” is no different.

Naha Kokusai-dori Street, where Fontana Gelato is located, is a battleground for desserts that many people don’t know about.
To give you a quick recommendation, everyone’s favorite classic “Blue Seal Ice Cream” can be found at Matsuo and Palette Kumoji (department store) in front of the prefectural government office. There are many local products such as salt chinsuko, taro, Ryukyu black tea warabimochi, and other rich local products, but also special limited time offerings, parfaits, and sundaes are not to be missed!
Also, right in the middle of Kokusai-dori, at Hotel Lantana, is “newQ”. It is a sweets store that uses Tida Pineapple produced in Ishigaki Island in all its products, including juice, soft drinks, tarts, and puddings!
Also, mango desserts available at the eat-in in “Washita Shop” are reasonably priced, yet meltingly rich and delicious! It is a hole in the wall.
