Cheesecake Seller has seven stores on the main island of Okinawa. Their cakes and other sweets filled with rich cheese are so addictive that once you try one, you will be hooked! Why don’t you give “PUZO”, which is so popular that it is even available at Naha Airport, as a new Okinawa souvenir?
Point 1: Where are “PUZO” stores located?
Cheesecake in Okinawa may sound somewhat strange to some. In fact, Okinawa produces delicious cheesecakes because the milk used to make them is delicious.
PUZO” introduced here is a cheesecake seller with seven stores on the main island of Okinawa.
Three of the seven PUZO stores are located in airports or commercial facilities, but the rest are street stores. Access is easier in commercial establishments.
Of these, we recommend the Naha Airport Store, located on the 2nd floor of the domestic terminal, where almost 100% of travelers are expected to stop by.
The “AEON MALL Okinawa Lycoming” store, which has a direct bus service from Naha Airport, is also easy to get to.
Point 2: What is the product lineup of “PUZO”?
Let us introduce the product lineup of “PUZO”.
Broadly speaking, there are cheesecakes and baked goods. Recently, they are also offering shaved ice with cheese syrup.
The best-selling item is the baked cheesecake, which is said to be the origin of the founder’s business.
The cheesecake made by the founder’s mother was the inspiration for the establishment of the shop, and the effort that went into the baked cheesecake alone is impressive.
The baked cheesecakes alone include Premium, NY, Ebisu Pumpkin, Cookie Cream, Caramel Cheesecake with Millet Sugar and Snow Salt, Cinnamon Crumble and Japanese Apple, Honey and Gorgonzola, Gateau Chocolat, Uji Green Tea, and Kumejima Red Potato “Chura Koi Beniimo. There is also a rare cheese cake.
Baked goods include cookies, beurre d’neige, boules, and semi-perishable sweets, and there is also a wide selection of baked goods.
There is also an online mail order service, although the shipping costs are a bit high since they are located in Okinawa. Many people who become addicted after trying their cakes are not deterred by the high shipping costs and buy them by mail order.
Point 3: There are collaborations between “PUZO” and other companies!

Since “PUZO” is slowly gaining popularity, there are also collaborative products with other companies.
First, we collaborated with “Blue Seal,” Okinawa’s leading ice cream maker, in the fall of 2022 to produce “Apple Cinnamon & Cheese Biscuit” and “Red Potato Cheese Biscuit” as the second collaboration product.

The author actually tried the “Red Potato Cheese Biscuit” and was struck by the rich cheese flavor that he had never experienced before.
This product was only available for a limited time until the end of the year, so it does not seem to be available now, but we would love to see the third stage of the collaboration come to fruition.
Another product available at Famima stores in the prefecture is “PUZO-supervised Kibi Sugar Salted Caramel Cheesecake” (248 yen including tax), a cheesecake with a rich flavor made with gentle-tasting prefectural millet sugar and salt also produced in the prefecture.
Unfortunately, the product was only on sale for a short period from July 8 to July 31, but we are looking forward to the next collaboration product here as well.
