About 41 minutes by car from Naha Airport. Although it reopened in March 2021, it is still a legendary hamburger store with a great reputation in the American Village. In addition to burgers, tacos, and taco rice are also available.
Point 1: Highly foreign! Where is the Jetta Burger Market located?
Jetta Burger Market” is a hamburger store located along the coast of American Village in Chatan Town, central Okinawa Island.
It takes about 41 minutes by car from Naha Airport. By bus, you can also take Ryukyu Bus No. 120, get off at “Kuwae”, and walk 11 minutes to get there without changing buses.
Renovated and reopened in 2021! With the concept of “not too particular in particular,” the restaurant has continued to focus on standard hamburgers that do not try to be eccentric.
The striking yellow “JETTA BURGER MARKET” logo. The slightly retro interior of the restaurant looks like it has been in America for a long time.
It does not have a made-up feel, but rather a natural fit, perhaps because of its location in Okinawa.
Perhaps it is because the Kadena Air Base is located nearby, but there are many foreign customers, making the restaurant even more foreign. I was filled with anticipation for what kind of hamburgers I would be able to eat here.
Point 2: Introduction of the hamburger menu at Jetta Burger Market
The burger menu at Jetta Burger Market offers six different types of burgers. The buns are homemade and crispy.
