Historic Italian restaurant “Pizza House Honten”.
Pizza House Honten is a long-established Italian restaurant located in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture. Founded in 1958, it is a long-established restaurant with a history that stretches back three generations. The first generation opened in Koza and moved to Ginowan one year later.
In 2010, the restaurant was temporarily closed due to road expansion construction, but after a six-year absence, it has reopened for business in its current location in Urasoe City.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of meat dishes and elegant dishes prepared by a third-generation chef who makes full use of his skills. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a slightly richer dining experience.
Point 1: The lunch menu offers a wide variety of meat dishes
The name “Pizza House” makes you think that pizza is the restaurant’s main dish, but in fact, many of the menu items are mainly meat and fish.
In particular, the recommended lunchtime menu consists mainly of meat dishes such as a thick steak lunch, sirloin steak, hamburger steak made from Okinawa Agu pork, and dice fillet steak.
Other popular dishes include lunch plates of meat and fish dishes that change daily.
Point 2: Plans for special occasions are also available.
In addition to lunch and dinner, we also offer a variety of plans for special occasions such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and other special occasions, as well as plans for ceremonies and family reunions, all-you-can-drink private rooms, all-you-can-drink entertainment plans, and other plans for special occasions that are different from the usual.
The number of people allowed differs depending on the plan, so it is recommended to check in advance when making a reservation for a special occasion.
Point 3: Use carefully selected aged beef
The beef served at this restaurant is made only from meat that has been hung and preserved in a special refrigerator, which is controlled after two years of research and study.
As a result, the original flavor of the meat can be felt even without adding anything to it.
The Agu pork ham is also served after being cured for about two years using Okinawan salt. We also have a wide selection of wines that go perfectly with the Agu pork ham and meat.
