Only 7 7-minute drive from Naha Airport, this Italian restaurant is located in Kume, Naha City. This Italian restaurant is located in Kume, Naha City, and is a hideaway where a chef from Rome has been working for 3 years only. All the dishes are delicious, but there is not so much of a line. And the prices are reasonable! You have no choice but to go there directly from the airport!

Point 1: A hidden gem of a restaurant! What is the location of Bolare Osteria?

                                   Source: Eat Log

Borale Osteria” is a 7-minute drive from Naha Airport via the Umisora Tunnel.

If not by car, it is a 7-minute walk from Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail, or take bus 111 or 117 of the Ryukyu Bus, get off at “Asahibashi/Naha Bus Terminal Nori-ba 11”, and walk 9 minutes from there.

The exterior of the restaurant looks like a long-established Italian restaurant, but it has only been in business at its current location for a short period and was previously located near Asahibashi Station.

Due to the lease contract, the restaurant will be open for “3 years only” at the current location, but that is not announced for how long, and one day it may suddenly move to another location, making it a restaurant of unprecedented size.

There is not much information, and all we have is “Facebook,” which seems to have been created before the move, and “Instagram,” which seems to have started in 2022. There is a photo of an Italian who seems to be the owner rubbing shoulders with Mamoru Kataoka, a leading Italian chef in Japan, and an acquaintance with Italian chef Bellissimo, who may be a famous chef known by those in Italy.

The foreigner who seems to be the owner of the restaurant (Mr. Pietro) is fluent in Japanese and speaks to customers over the counter in a friendly manner.

Point 2: Introduction of the recommended menu for “Bolare Osteria”!

                                   Source: Eat Log

Bolare Osteria is a restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine prepared by a chef from Rome.

For this reason, there is no one menu item that is recommended.

However, the dish that has been well-received by word of mouth is the “Penne Gorgonzola” pictured in the photo.

The rich flavor can be seen in the photo.

The menu has a very wide variety of snacks (appetizers), about 12 kinds (600-2,200 yen), 8 kinds of pasta (1,300-1,800 yen), 5 kinds of meat dishes (800-3,500 yen), and so on.

For a famous Italian chef (or someone who might be one), the prices are reasonable.

And it is a wonder that all the dishes are generous in volume and color, and the deliciousness is conveyed from the pictures.

I like the fact that they are confident in their food, offer their dishes at a reasonable price, and are not conceited! You will want to try every dish.

Point 3: “Bolare Osteria” focuses on alcohol!

Bolare Osteria” puts as much emphasis on alcohol as it does on food, and offers three types of Italian beer, as shown in the photo.

Although many people have had Italian wine, few have had Italian beer.

Of course, as “aperitifs,” we have Campari, glass house wine, and Prosecco, which are representative Italian wines, as well as the standard Italian restaurant drinks.

The price of Italian beer is 800 yen, but aperitifs and house wines are reasonably priced at 550 to 650 yen!

The alcohol menu is as extensive as the food menu. It is like the Italians who can’t eat food without alcohol.

Located in Kume, Naha City, Bolare Osteria has been in business for three years only. It has a reputation for being reasonably priced, yet all the food is delicious. Perhaps it is made by a famous chef who is amazing in Italy.

Due to the lease contract, they are only allowed to operate at this location for three years, so one day they may suddenly move to another location! Will it be Okinawa or somewhere outside of Japan? It is also intriguing that this is an unprecedented store that no one knows about. Please visit the store while it is open.
