DINING BAR URU will become an Okinawa soba restaurant only during the daytime!

Most stores make Okinawa soba soup based on pork bones and bonito stock, but Kiseki’s soup is a combination of thicker pork bone broth and shellfish broth.

Some people describe it as looking like ramen, but when you taste it, you will find that it tastes exactly like shellfish soup and Okinawan soba soup.

The toppings are characterized by their abundance of vegetables, and the fried burdock is especially popular for its deliciousness.

The asari rice with plenty of scallions and the melt-in-your-mouth pudding are also very tasty, so ordering them as a set seems like a good idea.

Point 1: You can taste both pork bone broth and shellfish broth.

Kiseki’s soup is made from a combination of rich pork bone broth and shellfish broth made from plenty of shellfish.

It looks like ramen, but you can enjoy both the taste of the shellfish broth and that of Okinawan soba noodles.

The toppings are full of vegetables, such as green onions, kikurage, red onions, and more. Vegetables tend to be in short supply unless you are conscious of it, but you can easily eat plenty of them. The fried burdock is especially delicious, and is even available as an add-on to the menu.

Point 2: Delicious clam rice with plenty of clams.

Most restaurants serve Okinawan cooked rice called juicy as a set with Okinawa soba, but at Kiseki, rice with clams is served as a set. Kiseki, on the other hand, offers a set of rice with asari clams! The rice is filled to the brim with clams. The rice is cooked in clam broth, which is a taste that is all about the shellfish.

The rice is served with Okinawan buckwheat noodle soup, which is a delicious zosui (rice porridge) style dish. This is the restaurant’s recommended way to eat the rice, so don’t say it’s bad manners; by all means, give it a try.

Point 3: Delicious pudding with a thick texture.

The pudding in the set is made with brown sugar. First, it has a tender texture that melts immediately when you put it in your mouth as it is.

Next, pour the accompanying brown sugar syrup over the pudding as you like. The brown sugar syrup is not sticky sweet, making it a perfect after-dinner dessert.

Kiseki’s menu also offers stand-alone Okinawa soba, but since the rice with clams and pudding are also delicious, a set seems like a good idea. Most customers ordered the set (1,200 yen).
