About 50 minutes from Naha Airport on Route 58. While there are many long-established soba restaurants in Yomitan Village, the most populated village in Japan, Zakimi Soba was newly opened in 2024 by a local Yomitan villager! Inside the beautiful restaurant, you can enjoy the taste of our specialties.

The restaurant accepts cash and PayPay as payment methods, and has a large parking lot with a large number of cars for those who have trouble parking!

Point 1: Soba restaurants that are easy to visit with children

Zakimi Soba in Yomitan Village is a highly recommended soba restaurant for customers with children.

Basic items for children such as plates, cups, spoons, and forks are always available.
A noodle cutter is also available, which is a good point!

We also have other soba dishes on the menu that are just the right size for children, so you don’t have to share a large bowl of soba!

As far as children are concerned, both tables and seats are available, and beanbags and high chairs are available for each.

There are also diaper-changing seats, which are not available at other restaurants, which is very convenient!

Nearby Zakimi Soba is Nishimatsuya, a children’s goods store, so it is a great place to stop by while shopping!

Point 2: Locally produced and locally consumed foods with special care!

As stated on its website, Zakimi Soba serves soba noodles made with locally produced, locally consumed, and additive-free ingredients.

The restaurant uses the Okinawan brand “beni-buta” (red pig) for its soup, which is made from chicken raised in Yomitan Village and kelp, and the soup is so light that it has a reputation by word of mouth for being so delicious that you can’t stop drinking it.

The Soki is also said to be delicious and tender.

The seared Soki is also unique, and its savory flavor is addictive, so why not order it?

Point 3: Side dishes that go well with light soba

Juicy is one of the most popular side dishes at Soba restaurants!

Many reviewers say that Zakimi Soba’s succulent soba goes well with light soba and has a robust flavor with a hint of kombu (kelp).

The juicy side dish is a must-have menu item because it has a lot of ingredients and is just the right amount to accompany the soba and juicy side dish.

Other menu items such as Zenzai and Shaved ice for dessert are also recommended to order after eating soba!

Nearby Zakimi Soba is the World Heritage Site of Zakimi Castle, and in February, the Okiham Heiwanomori Stadium, the training site for the second Chunichi Dragon Army training camp, is within walking distance.

We recommend “Zakimi Soba” nearby while sightseeing.
