About 60 minutes by car from Naha Airport. It is a long-established parlor established in 1969, located in Cape Zanba, Uza, Yomitan Village, central Okinawa Main Island. It is unique in that an old bus was purchased and turned into a parlor! It appeared in the New Year’s Eve 2023 version of the drama “Solo no Gourmet” and became increasingly popular!

You can also see the lighthouse of Cape Zanba a few dozen meters away, making it a very scenic place.
It takes about one hour by car from Naha Airport.
By bus, take the Limousine Bus Naha Airport Line and get off at “Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanba Misaki” and you will reach the restaurant in 14 minutes on foot.

Kinjo Parlor has a large dessert and beverage menu.
First, there are Blue Seal ice cream and floats, and desserts such as shaved ice and Zenzai. Blue Seal soft serve ice cream is rare, but the most popular flavor is red sweet potato.

Shaved ice and floats are also popular during the very hot summer months.
Of course, the owner’s ability, cultivated over 55 years, makes the shaved ice even more delicious when eaten in an open-air setting like this.

The menu at Kinjo Parlor was featured in “Solitary Gourmet” with coffee and Zenzai, but does it have a food menu other than drinks and desserts?
As you can see in the photo, there are a few types of food items on the menu, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, American dogs, etc. There is a bit of an anecdote about hamburgers.
There is an anecdote about hamburgers. When the restaurant was founded, it was operated by a van-like vehicle, not a bus, and sold hamburgers to soldiers taking a break at Cape Zanba, which was a training ground for the U.S. Army at the time.
So it is a hamburger made by the U.S. military.
The bus that serves as the store has been inspected and the owner drives this bus to work. The bus of Kinjo Parlor running through a field of emojis is quite picturesque, isn’t it?
