About a minute’s drive from Naha Airport. A building with the appearance of a European castle suddenly appears in Minato Town, Naha City. This is a wedding hall where you can have a buffet at a reasonable price and also stay overnight. You can enjoy the gap of discomfort of the building in the bleak scenery of the surrounding harbor.

Point 1: Suddenly built in a harbor area? What is the location of The Moriah Classic?

The Moria Classic” is a wedding hall located in the harbor area of the port town on the border of Naha and Urasoe.

The building that looks like a European castle suddenly appears amidst the bleak and desolate landscape of the harbor area.

It is a well-known place in the local area, often running TV commercials!

Four times a month, on Wednesdays and Thursdays, “The Moria Classic” offers a buffet for only 1,300 yen for adults, and it is very popular.

The start time is 11:30 am. It seems to be OK without a reservation, but if you want to be sure of getting a good seat, you can make a reservation for a reserved seat.

If the exterior of the restaurant is European in style, the interior of the buffet hall is also rococo and glamorous.

There are several large round tables lined up like a hotel wedding hall.

If there are too many customers, they may have to share a table, but in most cases, this is not a problem, and tables may even be set up in the lobby to accommodate customers.

A buffet of Japanese, Western, and Chinese food is lined up in a luxurious atmosphere. The food is served in silverware, and the plates are ceramic, not buffet plates, which is a nice touch!

It is almost a straight line from Naha Airport, so it takes about 12 minutes by car.

By bus, take Ryukyu Bus No. 26, 99, 120, etc., and get off at “Aja”. It is a 28-minute walk. It is far from National Route 58 where buses pass, and cabs are rarely available, so many people come from the airport by cab.

Point 2: Introduction of the buffet contents of “The Moriah Classic”!

The Moria Classic” offers a lunchtime buffet twice a month on Wednesdays and Thursdays, for a total of four days, at 1,300 yen for adults.

The price used to be around 1,000 yen, so the price has gone up, but in this day and age, even 1,300 yen is very inexpensive.

The buffet lunch room has the atmosphere of a hotel banquet hall, with many round tables. The rococo interior is very luxurious.

However, just because it is a wedding hall does not mean there is a dress code, and casual attire is fine for the lunch buffet.

If you go with a small group, you may have to share a table, but when there are many customers, even the lobby is opened as a seating area, so it seems that you rarely have to share a table.

The menu is a mix of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, including small bowls of food, salads, simmered dishes, fried dishes, pasta, desserts, and much more!

Since the restaurant originally served food at wedding halls, the level of cuisine is high.

The only thing that seems to be Okinawan cuisine is Zenzai (sweet bean soup), which is almost non-existent.

Also, please note that payment is by cash only, and card and smartphone payments are not accepted.

Point 3: Some weeks are not “The Moriah Classic” buffet!

The Moriah Classic” offers a buffet on Wednesdays and Thursdays four times a month, but on weeks when the buffet is not held, Japanese, Western, or Chinese set menus are served.

The price is the same as the buffet, 1,300 yen for adults.

The Western-style meal includes hors d’oeuvres, salad, soup, main dish, rice, and dessert, and is quite sumptuous.

Chinese and Japanese dishes are also comparable to the Western menu, including a small bowl of cooked food and sashimi. 1,300 yen sometimes includes nigirizushi and steak, so don’t miss it!

The menu for the month is posted on the official Instagram page, or a flyer is distributed the month before.

Even if you come to eat every time, you can enjoy the different weekly menu!

If the price for one visit is 1,300 yen, it’s about the price of one buffet at another hotel even if you come every week.

Moria Classic” in Minato-cho, Naha City, offers a buffet twice a month for as low as 1,300 yen. On weeks when there is no buffet, Japanese, Western, and Chinese set menus are offered at the same price.

Since the restaurant originally serves food from a wedding hall, you can enjoy very high-level cuisine. Also, “Parlor Tokuchan” is nearby (a 7-minute walk), so why not drop by if the buffet is not enough for you? Please come and visit us.
