Ana Crowne Plaza Resort Okinawa Uruma Hills by IHG” is managed by IHG, a global hotel group that includes Crowne Plaza, InterContinental, Kimpton, and Regent.
Originally the Ansa Okinawa Resort, the hotel signed a contract with IHG in early 2025 and underwent a major renovation and rebranding as an ANA Crowne Plaza hotel!
It will be the third ANA-affiliated hotel in Okinawa, following Manza Beach and Ishigaki Island.
I have been paying attention to this hotel for some time because of its spacious and clean rooms for a reasonable price, and its restaurant with an amazing view of both the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, but now that it has become an ANA-affiliated hotel, I am a little worried that it will attract a lot of attention at once and it will be difficult to get reservations.
It takes about 1 hour from Naha Airport via the Okinawa Expressway.
By bus, it is a bit difficult. Take Ryukyu Bus No. 117 or 120 to Ishikawa IC first, and then get off at the “Daini Danchi-mae” bus stop of Okinawa Bus, which is a 9-minute walk from the bus stop, and a 48-minute walk from the bus stop.
However, they also offer free pick-up service at nearby bus stops, so if you wish to use this service, please apply in advance.

Each category of rooms has either twin beds or double beds, so there are actually nine different room categories.
The hotel is located in the center of Onna Village and Uruma City, so the ocean is far away and all rooms have a “garden view.
The interior is decorated in calm colors, as is typical of a foreign-affiliated hotel, and is perfect for an adult resort.
In particular, the two-bedroom suite in the photo has a separate living room and bedroom, and can accommodate up to eight people.
Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with a large TV for a comfortable stay.

Ana Crowne Plaza Resort Okinawa Uruma Hills by IHG has two restaurants, Surya Cafe and Nadine Lounge, just like Ansa.
Surya Cafe is famous for its view of both the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, and the glass walls that take advantage of the scenery let in plenty of light.
The restaurant has been remodeled and looks much more stylish.
Japanese-style breakfast is also available at this restaurant. The breakfast served in the morning light while feeling the nature of Uruma City will surely be an unforgettable experience.
