Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island opened in 2018 in Onna Village on the main island of Okinawa.
It is the first beach resort hotel in Japan for Hyatt Regency.
The hotel rooms, which are lavishly furnished with the entire islet, offer views of the ocean, and in some locations , you can even see the Onna coast over the pool.
The hotel offers a great location and leisure activities if you hit a sunny day.
Point 1: Lagoon pool integrated with the sea surface
Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island has an abundance of pools. One of them is the Lagoon Pool at the tip of the island, which appears to be one with the ocean.
You may think, “A swimming pool right in front of the ocean…” But when you enter the pool, you will find that it is very comfortable and pleasant because of the lapping of the waves right in front of you! Even those who do not like to go into the ocean can enjoy the pool.
The depth is 1.5 meters, which is a little deep, so we recommend the Garden Pool for those with children.
Point 2: Time to relax on the private beach
There is a small private beach across the garden from the lobby.
The beach is equipped with parasol chairs, so it is perfect for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing time. The water clarity is excellent and the beach is not that crowded, so it is sure to be a great place for photos. This is a hole-in-the-wall spot in a zone that is easy to use for taking ideal memorable photos.
Point 3: The night view and fireworks are the best part of the evening.
At night, the view outside is magical.
The bottom of the Gusuk Pool is illuminated by lights, changing colors and creating a wonderful atmosphere that is indescribable.
Then, from 8:00 p.m., there is a 5-minute fireworks time. You can watch them from the hotel veranda or poolside, so it is a great way to end the day.
Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island also has an indoor pool, gym and hot Jacuzzi. Just by staying at the hotel, you can fully enjoy the nature of Okinawa.
