The menu includes not only set meals, but also a la carte Okinawan dishes, drinks, and desserts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three types of Okinawa soba on the menu: vegetable soba, sanpei soba, and nankotsu soba. The soup is made over low heat and simmered for 8 hours, and is so good that it would be a shame to add red ginger! You can choose between sticky or regular noodles, and whether or not you would like your noodles with jushii or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The waiter will bring you hooch bar (mugwort), so you can enjoy changing the flavor.
