became &#8220;kupu&#8221; (kelp) in the Okinawan way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelp Beach is located in Uruma City in the central part of Okinawa Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is located in the northern part of Uruma City, and the &#8220;Sanei Ishikawa City&#8221;
